What do you get from our maintenance and repair teams?
The call-out fee of R1100 includes travel costs to your premises in Pretoria or Johannesburg and a general garage door service. Our maintenance and repairs team will tension springs, fix alignment problems, lubricate parts, and check or correct automation settings. Luckily, most common problems can be solved without replacing parts.
If you have a specific query or problem, please send a detailed message with pictures or videos to our Whatsapp number to receive a general quotation for replacement parts. If the problem isn’t urgent, our team will arrange an inspection free of charge so that we can provide you with an accurate quotation and detailed information on how we can repair your door.
